Christ Embassy Amharic Service – DMV is a part of Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated (a.k.a Christ Embassy)—a global ministry with a divine mandate: to take God’s divine presence to the nations of the world and to demonstrate the character of the Holy Spirit.
Rooted in Washington, D.C. and serving the greater DMV area, our local assembly passionately embraces this global vision. We are reaching the world through the power of the Gospel and the work of the Holy Spirit, bringing the message of hope, healing, and purpose to Amharic-speaking communities and beyond.

What we Believe
God has raised us up through His word and through His Spirit to believe in the divine life that Christ brought to us (Titus 1:2-3; 2 Peter 1:3-4)
Through our faith in His Word, we have come to experience the reality of divine life. The life in its attributes includes Righteousness, Prosperity, Success, Abundance, Victory, Divine Health and Communicating The Very Life and Presence of JESUS CHRIST to the people of the world.
We do this by bringing as many men and women out of darkness, bondage, and slavery of ignorance, this way they too can enjoy the glorious liberty of the sons of God.
We achieve these goals by:
- Helping people to develop their human spirit through the Word of God.
- Teaching them the principles and teachings of the new covenant in the blood of Jesus Christ.
- Preparing and equipping them to spread the Word and touch others as they have been touched by the Word of God.
